With an outlet pressure of 5.5psi, the EverFlo has the lowest air pressure of the three. The DeVilbiss and OxyPure have the highest, at 8.5psi. However, our machine of choice here is the OxyPure 5L because it is the quietest machine of the 3 when tested at low, medium or high output levels. With an output of 8.5psi, this machine sits at par with DeVilbiss 5L but is smaller and quieter.
